This competition is for five small prints mounted on a 20” by 16” board, on a theme chosen by the competitor. All presentation including window mounting must be the work of the author. A title for the theme is optional.
The entries will be marked by those present who would like to take part. In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by a vote.
Points will be awarded as follows:-
- Unity of theme Maximum 3 Points
- How well the prints relate to the theme.
- Presentation Maximum 3 Points
- The appearance of the board as a whole.
- Technical merit Maximum 3 Points
- Exposure, sharpness etc
- Bonus point 1 Point
- To be awarded to your favourite theme.
Total possible score 10 points
If you are going to enter please advise Janet Hosford by the 29th November, to enable score sheets to be prepared.
Please bring your entry on the night. Prints will be identified by a letter which will be allocated on the night on a first come basis.
